This used to happen all the time when I had one. The best thing to do is to completely uninstall the printer and all it's added programs from your computer. Switch off the computer and let cool down (have a cup of coffee) Now reboot the computer and then reinstall the printer and follow instructions to connect via Wi Fi If this works make sure auto update is switched OFF as every time mine was updated your problem occurred. If you changed the head not much else to do but change out control board. Did you check your software to make sure its not like I do sometimes telling it to only print in blue. You may need a new printer. Reinstall the software before you do anything else. Windows does have a problem of losing printer data. Cant explain but tech guy has told me numerous cases of it.
