There is a memory keep alive wire that is usually yellow. It should be fused, it has either blown the fuse or had become disconnected.

how old is it? need to unplug and re plug to reset. try hooking up straight to batter. with line fuse of course to see if operates normal there?

This unit will fit into your van. There will be extra space in the dash after you install it. The standard measurement technique for head units is DIN. A single-DIN unit is the normal size of a head unit. Your stock unit is a double-DIN unit. The Clarion NZ500 is a single-DIN. It will fit, with space to spare.

fuse went bad replace fuse.

I would recommend returning to the dealer you purchased from and having it sent in for warranty repair.

As a first course of action please try this... Remove the positive battery connector and let it sit for atleast 5mins. then reconnect it again. This will reset the system and can get the unit back to it's normal operation.

i have encountered same problem. mine was done through removing the negative terminal of the battery for a few minutes. fix it again and problem solved.
