Can you please tell us what make and model of -- television? -- you have? Do you get any glow on the screen at all?

Hello, could you please restate your question with the make, model of your device, and a clear explanation of the problem or what it is you want to do?

Sorry, that's all we got, without any details or make and model..

Is the receiver of the device covered perhaps? There has to be line of sight between the remote and the 'eye' on the device that gets the infrared light pulse from the remote.

Go back to Walmart, if they refuse again, insist that they provide you with the contact information for the manufacturer.
This should be on the instructions or the box that came with your Urn, or Walmart can open another product off the shelf to get you the manufacturer contact. Better Chef does not have an easily findable web presence.

Did you buy a protection plan from Walmart? Then I don't see how they can refuse to cover it https://www.walmart.ca/en/financial-services/product-protection/product-details

Yaa ;
In your DVD you shoud have some Filse like:
VST_01_01.VOB
VST_01_02.VOB

OR with any file name having VOB extention. Actually thats the file where your DVD videos are stord.

try to copy these files to your computer in any new folder.
then use the NERO to burn these files to your DVD.

Thanks

When a DVD disc is created, it is encoded with a "Region number." The disc will only play on DVD players with the same Region number - for instance, a Region 3 disc won't play on a Region 1 player.
Region 1: U.S. and U.S. Territories, Canada
Region 2: Japan, Western Europe, Middle East, South Africa
Region 3: South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast and East Asia Region 4: New Zealand, Australia, Pacific Islands, Mexico, Central/
South America
Region 5: Russia and the former Soviet Union, Africa, Indian
subcontinent, North Korea Region 6: China

There are computer programs capable of remove the region code from a DVD, but the result should be burned on a new DVD. Most players don't allow a change in the region code more than once. So on your player nothing to hack. Sorry

For all other options, please use Google.

I believe your phone needs taking to the phone doctor who will probably diagnose a new screen required.

If your screen is broken, it's not worth repairing.
