I'm having trouble finding that part number. If you're referring to the 'cyclone' assembly for the central module, this Snapguide:
How to Clean Dyson DC07 Canister goes through separating the cyclone assembly from the rest of the unit, though the 'reverse the above to re-assemble' ending includes an alignment mark that might not help with a new one.
Good Luck!
Hi Donald, it's Jack at Dyson.
If your DC07's brush bar won't rotate, the reason for this will depend on whether you have a model with brush control, or without brush control.
If your machine doesn't include the brush control feature (the coloured control on the cleaner head that allows you to shut off the brush bar for hard floors), the belt may simply need replacing. You can order belts directly from Dyson, either via our Customer Helpline or through http://www.dyson.com
However if your DC07 does include brush control, the clutch mechanism isn't designed to be serviced by the user as the belts are engineered to last the lifetime of the machine in normal use. If these are worn or damaged, I would encourage you to contact us directly by calling 0800 298 0298 (UK), 1-866-693-9766 (US), 1-877-397-6622 (CA) or 1800 239 766 (AU). Our experts will be able to take you through all your available options.
Hi Trudy, it's Jack at Dyson.
I'm sorry to hear your DC07i's brush bar isn't rotating. If the belt looks intact, there may be an issue with the clutch mechanism - but it's worth checking that you have the brush control on the cleaner head set to 'Carpets' and not 'Hard floors'. The brush bar will not rotate when set to the Hard floors position.
Please also note that the brush bar will never rotate when the vacuum is stood in the upright position, so make sure you recline the machine into the normal vacuuming position before you test it.

Hi there,I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties with your DC07. If the machine shut off during use, it may have overheated due to a blockage - the filter may also need a wash.To check for any blockages, please follow the steps shown in our online Support guide:http://support.dyson.co.uk/support/dc07/dc07-standard/my-machine-is-not-working/machine-not-sucking-picking-up-as-well-as-usual/how-to-wash-filters/wand-suctionIn normal use, the filter should be washed at least once every 3-6 months, as shown in the video below. Use cold water without detergent, and allow the filter to dry somewhere warm for at least 12 hours before replacing it in the machine. This should resolve the issue, but if you'd like any further assistance or advice, please call us on 0800 298 0298 (UK), or 1-866-693-9766 (US).Best wishes,JackDyson Online Customer Supporthttp://www.dyson.com/

you need to take off the little vent that goes around the filter. this is hard. you take off the cover for the hepa filter (under the dustbin) there are three catches. you take off the two torx style screws under the vent and then you work the vent until it has come off. i still don't know how i did mine. then you can use a flat head screwdrive and hammer to put the latch in or out
two faults, mainly battery.
A flashing blue light indicates that there is no power, please charge the battery. A flashing amber light indicates that there is no power or a temporary fault (e.g. too hot/cold). A flashing red light indicates that there is a fault, please call the Dyson Helpline.
If your Dyson Airwrap hair styler is turning off at certain heat settings and the red light is blinking, it could indicate a potential issue with the device. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Check the power supply: Ensure that the Airwrap is properly plugged into a functioning power outlet and that the power cable is securely connected to the device.
2. Reset the device: Unplug the Airwrap from the power source and wait for about 30 seconds. Then, plug it back in and try turning it on again. This reset may resolve any temporary issues.
3. Clean the filter: The Airwrap has a filter located near the base of the handle. Check if the filter is clogged with dust or debris. If so, gently clean it with a soft brush or by rinsing it under running water. Allow it to dry completely before reinserting it into the device.
4. Check for overheating: The red blinking light on the Airwrap can also indicate that the device has overheated. If this is the case, it may have an automatic shut-off feature to protect against damage. Allow the Airwrap to cool down for a while before using it again. Make sure the vents on the device are clear and not blocked by hair or other obstructions.
5. Contact Dyson support: If the issue persists after trying the above steps, it's recommended to contact Dyson customer support for further assistance. They can provide specific troubleshooting advice or arrange for repairs if necessary.
Remember to refer to the user manual or Dyson's official support channels for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding your specific model of the Dyson Airwrap hair styler.
