I have had in the past on these models that when paper is being fed to the exit section the exit rollers are not spinning so paper doesnt get pushed through to the output tray. If this is the case then you will need to replace the exit roller drive motor and possible the PRCB too as sometimes when the motor becomes faulty it knocks out the PRCB ICP chip on the board.

Have you tried the High Voltage board that supply the voltage to the print heads and ITB. could be the print head is fine biut not getting any power to fire the laser and write to the drum
Go to service mode
utility-counter-stop-00-stop01
go to system 2/ or 1
select initialization.
select all data.
press start button
restart from main power.
Re-configure all network setting for printing/scanning
