I cannot see my picture

Firstly, you should use virus remove program to get rid of virus and then try to use data recovery program like Card Data Recovery, a professional memory card recovery tool to recover lost pictures.

I broke my software install

You don't need any software. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or, despite what I said first, you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

Hi, It sounds like the lens is stuck, possibly from dropping? Either way if lighting tapping it doesn't work then unfortunately there's no way it can be fixed.

Wont let me down load pics on computer .

Try to connect with its USB cable to computer (sometimes people don't press connector enough on camera side). Try different USB port too. In file manager (Explorer, Total Commander, Free Commander...) you will see new letter for drive. Just use copy, move, delete like from standard memory card stick using. Sometimes software from manufacturer has some bugs (or problem after updates from Microsoft). It is easy way to go around, and I think it is best way.

Camera will down load 20-30 pics. then shut off

This is not normal behavior ..try to reinstall the driver .and after connecting it ..look into My computer folder and locate the card into the camera ...Do not use the automate download...but..locate the memory card folder(called by camera's name or called removable storage device ...it will be seen as a drive in the my computer ..)If you locate it ..just open and the pictures will be there...Just copy them and paste them into the computer's hard disk ..in a location of your choice ..
The disconnecting can be a setting from the driver..made by mistake ..this is why I recommend to remove it ..and reinstall it from the disk ..
If you do not have the disk get to the HP support and download it again ..

Even though I deleted all

Do you have an SD memory card inserted? Your camera only has a 32MB internal memory, which could easily fill up after taking 5 or 6 shots depending on what setting you have it on.

Can i repair broken display?

Yes you can, but you will most likely want to. If the screen is broken it will cost about $120.00 to get the replacement. You are better off using it as is or buying a newer model. If all else works on the camera, I would suggest using it as is or giving it to a teenager. My daughter uses or 'broken' camera and is very happy with it.

I have a black spot on my screen.

that is a speck on the digital sensor. It is not something that is user cleanable. It would have to be sent for repair. Try a local camera shop or repair shop to see if they can do it.
