Print head changing

Two screws to remove and disconnect the cables. But take care you have to check the angle which is on the print head. You may have to adjust the position of the print head. The edge must be aligned on the top od the platen. Other wise the printing is fusy.

My TEC SX4 has decided to do a wrap and my x-axis is offset from 0. how do i correct this problem?

The Wrap is due to the message being too long. Inrease the width of the label. The 0,0 reference is relative to the paper width. To chage the X axis goto parameter set or adjust set depending on firmware. (X offset)

Paper gap sensor

Ok, this is easily solved in 3 different ways 1) Driver: Download the greatest driver I know, the one developed by the NiceLabel guys: www.nicedrivers.com you need to go on right click in te driver(Start/Control panel/TEC Toshiba...) choose properties. In options you will have the chance to verify the gap mode(continous/black mark/ etc). You can also calbrate your printer from there. 2) If your printer needed to calibrate, turn-it off, then, by holding the feed button, turn-it on and let go after 3 seconds, or after you see a light. It will calibrate automatically with your label size at that moment, it may also print the printer settings, so be prepared for stoping the baby. 3) If you have a barcode software(did i say I reccomend NiceLabel?), you can set the instructions on 1) directly from printer settings. Good luck, peace.
