The Delicate light flashing on Samsung dishwashers indicates a drain error. Possibly a pump/motor assy.
Samsung Dishwasher Not Draining
Doesn't sound like a clogged ECS because it's not draining at all.
Disconnect the power cord from the outlet and wait for about 2 minutes. Plug the power cord in again. The computer board will probably reset itself, anf there should no longer be a problem
I had the LC code flashing on my Samsung dishwasher and my mom also had the same problem with her Kenmore dishwasher! We tried everything everyone has posted and nothing worked!! Turns out it was an easy fix! Just add jet dry to the jet dry compartment on the inside panel of the door to the dishwasher and it worked!! No more LC code and the dishwasher now works fine!! I thought adding jet dry was an option?? Apparently it is a requirement with these new dishwashers!!

Dishwasher error code "Heavy" flashing light. Samsung Model DMT400. Video shows what you need to do ...
The Normal, Heavy and Smart lights will blink when there is low water level in the dishwasher. Check that the sump area isn't blocked from filling with water. Often there is a float inside the tub that can be held down by a utensil that fell under the lower basket. Remove any foreign objects. Then try to run the dishwasher when it is completely empty. The parts diagram for the dishwasher is available here: https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model/60yajq87a8-001482/samsung-dw7933lrabb-aa-01-dishwasher-parts . If there isn't an obvious blockage in the water level monitors, you could have a wiring problem or an issue with the control board that doesn't get the signal for water reaching the desired level. (Note: if the incoming water pressure were too low, only the Smart light would flash.)
The manual for the DW7933LRABB is available from Sears Parts Direct on the product page: https://www.searspartsdirect.com/manual/60yajq87a8-001482/samsung-dw7933lrabb-aa-01-dishwasher . The current link to the manual is https://c.searspartsdirect.com/mmh/pd_download/lis_pdf/OWNM/1206228L.pdf .
I hope this helps.

Check bottom pan for water flood switch located there so it’s trying to pump water out check for leak cause or if you are opening door to add dishes while it’s alrea started this could cause water leak dripping down into pan
It’s probably trying to pump water out from dripping pan if you have water leak will activate drain pump by it self turn off water supply and electric maybe need to be pulled out to see if any water on bottom
Check your air gap at the sink. Otherwise there may be something floating in the hose when angled right restricts the flow other times is turnedcand allowed flow.
At one of the sites, it is said that this error means leakage. But there is no more information about it. Check or at the bottom of the dishwasher there is no water. Maybe you are lucky.
