Hi Anonymous kindly turn off your phone and turn it on again and try to test it again, if its still not working please check your ear piece maybe it inoperable. by the way for how long are you using your unit?

Look inside the port on the phone, use a torch/lamp if you have one, so that you get a really clear view. If there's anything in there use the toothpick to dig it out and to lightly rub over the contacts (do not press hard to avoid breaking the connection). If you have access to PCB cleaner use some on the port and wait for it to dry. Retry the cable.

suggest you remove sim card and clean the sime card contacts with a soft rubber then re install, see if that helps

Hi, This is quite common, if its what I think it is. The lens needs buffing down past the protective film, which is what's causing the 'fog' effect. For some reason it goes slightly opaque on some phones. You'll need a soft cloth or lens cleaning kit of some kind, or glass cleaner... anything that will clean glass really well. Take the back off the phone, spray some cleaner on a cloth/rag/glasses cleaner and start to polish the lens. You may/should see the tint coming off. It takes some time. I took me about 10 minutes to do my xperia mini, which had the same issue. Stick with it and to see if what you are doing is working take a few pictures and look at the results.
