You trace it by taking the phone to nokia care shop for them to trace it for you on there system

Hi, the only way you can get it blocked is by having the phones imei number, if you still have the box then it will be printed on the sticker or if you registered the phone then contacting your service provider will get it blocked.

but if how ever you never registered the phone or you no longer have the box then the only thing you can block is your sim card you need to ring the service provider and give them your phone number and they will then block the sim card to stop people getting your numbers and details that way but this wont get the phone blocked.

if you do have the phones imei number then all you need to do is call the police and say you have either lost or had the phone stolen they will then ask for the imei number and they will then block the phone and knowbody will be able to use it again.

the imei number is the phones identification number and giving the police this number will mean they can blow a chip in the phone and it will no longer be usable but without the imei number its impossible to do as your sim card could be in another phone by now or they could have thrown your sim away and put another in the phone so without the imei number their is nothing you can do apart from block the sim card.

If you are talking about the security lock code to enter into the phone then once it is lost nothing can be done except flashing the mobile . Because if anybody can give the security code created then who ever who steals your phone can get into it and get your valuable information.

So as safety precaution to avoid that they have designed it such that if you forget the security lock you have to reset the mobile memory by flashing the mobile at an authorized service center.So while flashing the mobile all the data in the mobile memory will be lost and you can again start using the mobile.

YOU CAN GO TO WEB AND THEN GO TO BROWSER TO OPEN IT ....SOMETIMES THE BROWSER DOESNT WORK .....YOU BETTER GO TO OPERAMINI.COM AND DOWNLOAD BROWSER FRO UR MOBILE AND USE.

There are many java softwares like pocket protect available on the net if u google it you could get it. just install the jar file on your phone then you can keep your private files in it...

You can do one thing. You can contact you network provider and make sure that the phone is still functional on that network or the phone is not. If yes, then you can track your phone by giving the network the IMEI no. of your phone. But if the network of the phone is changed, the tracking becomes pretty impossible.

The default call-barring code for the Nokia 6300 and the Nokia 2700 is "1234 (without the quotes). Good luck!

your phone is set to a phone security level, which means that when you change or use another simcard then it will ask for the security code. if you were not able to change the security code of your phone the default security code is 12345 you can get rid of that security code by navigating your phone to settings and phone setting there you can see the phone security setting level was set to phone security, try to change it to none.

and choose restore all
then enter code

The inbuilt calculator should be in the organizer. It's kind of strange that the calculator is missing because you can't delete or move this application. Try a reset by typing *#7780# and the password is 12345. The other option is is firmware update using a PC Suite.
