Hi, can you tell me what you see on the screen? It could be a bad cable. Are you using an HDMI cable or the color cables (RCA cables)? Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/laura_08254539050d64db

Wd65737 Mitsubishi 65 in dlp tv, Does not go past blue welcome screen

Can you call up the settings menu? Check to see if the ANT-1, DVD, and other ports are properly activated. You may need to re-scan for channels and to activate the HDMI ports for your other devices. Regards.

Black bar on dlp tv.how do I fix this?

Sounds like a connection problem between board and DLP chip. The BGA connection which connects the DLP chip to the board, or the flex connector may be bad, causing the row and column section to not activate the micro-mirrors on the DLP chip. Not an easy fix. Regards.

I have sound but no picture. After several seconds the sound shuts off and red light comes back on. Did an error check and green light keeps flashing 6 times

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ http://electro-medical.blogspot.com/ Blinking codes details of many popular brand TVs are given. Surf the site with patience.

Why is picture 1/3 down from top and 3" in on right side is a little darker?

Did you move or bump the TV? That can cause misalignment. Did anyone fool with the setup? Get the manual and run through that again. Did you change input source (IE new DVD player, etc)? There is a setup (usually in menu) for slight adjustments to picture in most TVs, like on computer screens adjustments if you ever have done that. RTFM
