The only solution is backup all your important data and do Hard Reset...

1. Power the device ON
2. Tap Start > Settings > System tab > Clear Storage.
3. Enter 1234 for the password twice.
4. Press Enter.
5. Select the memory to reset.

I hate to say it but most phones can't do the arabic language. It's not common enough I guess. There's no demand for it to be in arabic.

They usually only cover English, Spanish, and if your luck. French and German

Friend, All phones need at least 4 items from the service provider to start the GPRS (internet) on the phones. They are 1. Access Point Name (APN). 2. Port Setting (Enable or Disable). 3. Port number. 4. IP Address. Some service providers send an SMS and when you save it, these settings get configure automatically. While in other cases you have to do it yourself. So please call up the helpline of your service provider and ask them for these four items. Or just ask them to activate GPRS on your phone and give you the settings. They will then tell you what to do and how. All the best.

please contact your network carrier and ask for the settings. They can send it over the air like a text message.

if the version of your unit supports arabic language, then you can change it.
here is how to do it.

1) from the main menu. touch the "settings" icon.
2) touch "phone settings"
3) touch "languages"
4) then locate the "arabic language". this is possible if your unit supports arabic langauge.
