If the sound is coming out your receiver speaker then it means that you have Messed up the phone in the setting !! So just backup your data and then format your phone !! your problem's should be two reason's
1) incoming calls be disabled by service operator
2) another thing that calls be disabled by settings now let me see that the upper two things are ok or not first please check the settings enabled than please if these are ok than please call to service center !
