Just Contact your Service Provider or customer care and ask for GPRS Setting for your Nokia 5130. Afterwards,they will sent you GPRS Setting, it will appear as SMS orText Message. You have to save it manually.

It is possible that the phone has errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone.
