Turn off your DSL/cable modem. Turn it on. Turn off your router. Turn it on. Reboot your computer.

You "bricked" it -- responsibly recycle this "dead" unit, and replace it.

Connect your computer to the router. Assuming Windows 7, click the "Start" button. Type 'cmd' into the search-box, and press ENTER. Type 'IPCONFIG /ALL'. Look for the IP-address of the "gateway" or "DHCP-server". Type that IP-address into your web-browser.

Reset the router to "factory default", which resets the ID/password. Then, reconfigure your router.

Do you have many other wireless networks in your vicinity? It could be interference from those networks.

Do other wireless laptops connect to your wireless router, and give good speeds? Do you have many wireless networks, other than your own, that show up when you try to connect? It could be interference from other wireless networks in your vicinity.

The WBR-2310 router has FOUR 'LAN' ports. Plug the baby-monitor into one of those ports.
