Usually you can directly connect to the router using the browser. the defalut IP address is 192.168.0.1 login is "admin" with no password. Then you have access to the set-up wizards.

Enter the keywords or URLs that you want to block (or allow). Any URL with the keyword (facebook) in it will be blocked. The schedule of time when the parental control filter will be enabled. The schedule may be set to Always, which will allow the particular service to always be enabled. You can create your own times in the Maintenance > Schedules section.

I saw that this is an issue on dir 600, don't use that function because you will need to reset your router to gain access. So if you have graphical auth enabled, try on Internet Explorer, if is not working, try on Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera...If nowhere appears you must reset your router.
