Here is a link to the user manual for your phone. The directions are very vague about turning off the night mode. They state: To disable Night Answer: • Press the key you programmed to Night Answer.

Are you referring to the auto attendant greetings? Depends on your phone system and extension digits... On the Mitel 200 and 3300 mailbox 999 for 3 digit extensions and 9999 for four digit extensions... So if your extensions are 201,202,203... Try 999...and default is 8642. If I remember correctly.

It means that your DHCP server on your network is missing the options to allow your phone to boot up. After a month (time on this message), I hope you've managed to get the issue resolved. If not, I hope you've fired your IT support team - they should be able to get this resolved quickly.
The mailbox will need to either be defaulted or at least the password. Either your on-Site system administrator, or your vendor will have to
make the change.
Is it plugged into the correct port (not the PC port)? The phone requires Power Over Ethernet - this is either done with a PoE Switch or PoE injector. This should provide power to the phone so it can boot.
Are you referring to the Mitel Cordless handset or headset? The handset and headset must be paired to the module on the back of the phone. Press and hold the button until the display indicates pairing. Then press the Answer button on the handset or headset.
it seams that you have set the ring to silent mode to change the ring type go to menu --> settings --> basic --> ring type --> and select the ring type the steps may not be the exact but they are similar
