Kenmore thermal fuse
If the thermal fuse blows it is a direct result of heat. The most common place for the heat to be generated is the wire connections to the fuse, the wire connections on the main control board and the door switch.
The thermal fuse comes with a small wire kit, be sure you or the technician used that wire kit if not you will continue to have trouble. If you have then look the board over closely, especially the black plastic plugs, if you see any dark spots or loose connections make sure to tighten them up. Then check the wires to the door switches make sure they are tight connections. If all these are okay then check the gasket on the left side that surrounds the vent, if heat escapes this gasket it can migrate over toward that thermal fuse.
I hope this helps

If nothing obvious like blocked / obstructed outlet pipe
You need to check if the outlet pump motor in line with the outlet hose is spinning when in the outlet mode. First check if it is spinning by looking at it and see if the small fan is spinning. If it is turnning this means that it has power and the internal "impeler" that pushes the water out has become loose. Remove the pump (easy job) and repair. If it does not spin you need to determine if the 2 push on terminals have power on. If there is voltage and the motor does nut spin this indicates that the pump motor is open circuit and must be replaced.
Lower arm and filter assem kenmore 587.16152400
The filter needs to go back on first, then the arm has notches so that it'll tight down, you need to rotate the arm till it falls in place, then the white handle is used (Goes around base of arm) to tighten it into place.
My dishwasher will fill with water but will not
OK from what you say we know you have power to the unit and water supply. The door interlock switch is engaging (tells unit it is OK to run) and the intake solenoid is working. All good so far.
However it all stops there. That would tell us the timer is stopping at that point. The timer tells the machine what to do, when, and for how long. If it jambs at any given point the unit will stop there.
I do not know which machine you have so I'll give you a generic answer. If you have a mechanical timer or a digital timer that is a separate unit you can replace it. The timer is located in the control panel. To get to it you first switch off the breaker, then remove the screws from around the door frame and from inside the door frame. carefully remove the control panel and you will see the timer mechanism. It simply unscrews as a unit and unplugs from the power etc.
Purchase a replacement from a local supplier. Installation if the reverse of removal.
Hope this helps, please rate this answer if it does give you some direction.
Only thing the dishwasher will do is the cancel drain for 2 min.
This may help in your situation. The following link explains how you may be able to clear the blinking clean light problem:

dish washers are not alike and have different panel options. If you do not have the same set up as I have referenced, the tech sheet for your
dishwasher will explain. The tech sheet is located behind the lower toe panel under the door and lists the proper sequence of buttons to push for
diagnostics and
troubleshooting.
NOTE: Sometimes the tech sheet is located behind the inner door panel. You will need to remove the screws securing the inner panel to access it if this is the case. Make sure you turn off the main power breaker before doing so.
Sometimes this can be a momentary glitch in operation. However, if the problem keeps reoccuring the number of flashes is an indication of which circuit is causing your problem. Again, refer to your tech sheet to determine this.
If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope this helps you solve your problem.
Kemore Elite Dishwasher Spews Water When Wash Cycle Begins
After further inspection of my dishwasher I found a bad gasket under the lower wash arm. Over the years it finally gave up and was shooting a torrent of water through the water in the bottom of the wash tub. When all that water hit the door liner it went up into the lower door vents, into to wire harness, and onto the floor.
Dishwasher will not wash.
Ok, i recommend testing the circulation motor for its operational value. if the motor is functional, replace the main control board or timer.
The cleaning LED flashing and dishwater not working
The blinking clean light is an indication of a malfunction. Which circuit is causing the problem is determined by the number of flashes. Sometimes these error codes can be erroneous, however. If you wish to reset the light to see if you have a glitch, or a legitimate problem, the following link may offer you some assistance:
http://www.fixya.com/support/r417123-blinking_clean_light_kenmore_whirlpool
If the error reappears you will need to refer to the tech sheet that comes with your appliance. The sheet is usually located inside the lower toe panel under the door.
If you have questions, please let me know. I hope you find this information helpful.
PS Your dishwasher may have a different series of buttons to push to reset the error, but the steps are similar. If you do not have the same configuration as outlined in the link I provided, refer to your tech sheet.
The little actuator type motor
This would not be a problem with the motor as you have changed it. This will most likely be a power supply problem or a main board control problem. You will need to get those checked.
Kenmore dishwasher drainage problems
I have the same model -- and USED to have the same problem!
We tried lots of things (bleach in the water, etc.). . . . and finally discovered it was a simple, standard concern. The drain tube from the dishwasher to the sink pipe was clogged with grease (looked like lard).
The way i knew it was clogged is that I disconnected the tube from the sink pipe, and tried to blow through the tube. It wouldn't let any air get through.
So once the dishwasher was empty of water (i removed the tube, drained into a big pan, and bailed a lot), we disconnected both ends of the tube.
With the tube in a trash bucket, I blew from one end (cleaned it off a bit first), and the "lard" came out. Drains beautifully now -- and did not require a plumber.
If you do this, be SURE you place the tube back ON the fittings EXACTLY in the same position and shape as before. This makes there are no new kinks or bends introduced into your drain tube.
Hope this helps.

press (high temp-wash) button and then ( heated dry)
do that 3 times in that order within 5 seconds. So it looks like this:
(high temp-wash) ( heated dry) (high temp-wash) ( heated dry) (high temp-wash) ( heated dry)
That will start a short diagnostic cycle (last about 2 minutes) that will clear the blinking light and allow you to use the dishwasher. If the light comes back, your drying cycle has failed and you will need service.
Film and food residieu remains on upper rack
Hi, is the wash arm underneath the upper basket turning freely and is it not blocked with any food particles? I've had items out of my dishwasher with a similar problem and it's been when the upper wash arm has been blocked or a spoon has fell through and prevented it from turning and washing properly.
Good luck.
My older built in Kenmore 3380957 Rev.A dishwasher.
If it is doing when it is washing, then it likely to be a problem with the pump, but it might just be 'hunting' because the filters are partially blocked. There is the filter that you can see easily, but there is a fine filter underneath that blocks with fine grey lint.
Water left in the bottom can be caused by that because the drain pump is past the filter and is on a timer.
