I do too!! I can't even remember the combo .. and don't have a key

I BOUGHT IT FROM A LADY AND SHE FORGOT THE COMBINATION TO OPEN IT... IT IS OPEN AND LOCKED OPEN...HOW CAN I PROGRAM A NEW COMBINATION FOR IT?

You must call (800) 828-1438 for combination retreivals. If you need your combination, you must send a notarized letter stating you are the owner of the safe. The notarized letter needs to include:

1. Your name, address and phone number.

3. Please indicate how you would like to receive your combination. Options include first class mail, e-mail or fax. Your letter must clearly indicate which method you are choosing to receive your combination, as well as the mailing address, e-mail address, or fax number to which it should be sent. 4. Special Circumstances

If you have already registered on their website all you have to do is to login and then press the RECOVER COMBINATION button on the webpage. If you haven't registered then you need to send a notarized letter to the company stating you are the owner. They take their security very serious, and in keeping with that the notary who seals the letter must have a different last name than yours. You can download the letter from the above webpage. You can also press the MAIL/FAX REQUIREMENTS button to fin out where you need to send the letter or fax.

If the objects inside it become covered in mildew then the humidity gets inside the safe so yes, it's not sealing properly. But this exact model of safe was never declared as waterproof by the manufacturer so this isn't a manufacturing defect, it's how it was designed.

To fix that you should add an extra stick-on gasket on the periphery of the door - one of those thin and narrow rubber-made flat ones that are sold in supermarkets for window sealing. But the best solution is, as always, to return this one and get a safe that is guaranteed by the manufacturer for being waterproof.

Is the key in the lock and the lock pushed out?

If you have lost the combination you need to follow detailed procedure needed to retrieve the key from Sentry. For security reasons there is no other way to get a master combo.
