You need to contact Sentry directly. It wouldn't be much of a safe if there were such code, would it?

If there is a code stamped directly on the lock cylinder you can contact a locksmith locally.

Typically the red button will clear the combo and allow you to punch in a new one.
Keep the door open and try the new code several times before locking.
This is also a good time for new batteries.

If you have the key override then use it to open and change the combo with the red button
