Have you tried looking on the side of the keypad? (right I think) there should e a small slide out compartment for the batteries. I usually use a butter knife if my fingernails are too short. Hope this has helped, Jason

Open the back panel.. there is a screw that you have to change to another location and that changes the combo. You have to dial each number left right left then maybe right to stop .. but each number will line up the gates where the screw is . I hope you understand what I'm trying to say . It's a turn the dial thing while looking at the first gate in the back lining up. With the lever handle so it slides inside the 3 gates
