Perhaps the fault should be found instead of changing the elephant in the room. Check for bad connections to the door, water level and all sensors.

Assume the "remanufactured" control board has failed.

Please try to perform a hard reset - unplug it or turn it off at the circuit breaker. After one minute, restore the dishwasher's power to see if it starts. If the problem persists, please check for blockages - broken glassware may be blocking the motor for example. Also you may have a faulty circuit board (PCB). The dishwasher could be in lock mode. To unlock push and hold “air dry” for 4 seconds. Lights will shut off and dishwasher will start.

When you moved it, did you accidentally hit a soak switch? Switch off, unplug, plug in and reset the machine.

Possibly cycle timer failure

That sounds like you have a leak and the flood sensor has been activated. Look in the underneath of the machine for a pan. Do you see water in it?

It sounds like you have a bad control console, and the problem is that your START button (the most critical one!) is bad. The impeller isn't the motor, it's the impeller. If the motor was loud, it was the motor that needed servicing, not the impeller. Take the motor out and check the bearings on both ends of the motor. Run the motor out of the dishwasher before you put it back.

The cycle timer could be stuck and will have to be replaced.
