My DRC6309 RCA portable DVD
Hello
Either your DVD players Laser Pickup Unit is dirty or defective or its 'sled' motor has damaged. Sled motor is one, which spins the disc inside. if it does not spins, the main system IC won't get any signal that the disc is "IN", and will show the messege "No Disc". The same will happen if the laser pickup unit is defective or dirty. Insert a Head Cleaning Disc into the system, and play it for atleast 3 times. If there is any dirt or dust, this will solve your DVD's problem. If not, it should be serviced by any skilled technician. It is not a user reparable item, as you have to take out its loading mechanism completly out of it for repair. OK.

L would like to know if my product have warranty
I had a problem with my son's Nintendo DS, so I called Nintendo USA and provided the serial number. With that alone, they were able to tell me that I was a few days away from their warranty from expiring. I'm sure RCA would be able to tell you what you want to know the same way Nintendo told me....

Hello,
please can you rephrase your question in English?
I look forward to your reply.
Bye for now.
EVERY DISK I PUT INTO
First, you must try cleaning the optical lens. It's the most cheapest way of protecting the lens.
Please check the link below:
http://www.amazon.com/Maxell-DVD-LC-DVD-Lens-Cleaner/dp/B00000JPPI
If same problem occur after cleaning the lens, then you need to send the player for repair. It would be better to get a second opinion from a repair tech. The price of the optical lens, is just like you purchase a new player.
Good luck!
