You Cannot Reset it completely Because remaining space is have your mp3 player right Protected software.this is protected from company by itself.

press reset button.

Change the battery. That should solve it :D

When I turn it on the screen turns white. The screen is all screwed up. I can still listen to music, I just can't see the menu or tell what anything says

The slider/power button on the left side that you pull down to turn it on -- ALSO turns it off.Pull button down (just like you did to turn it on) -- WAIT 5 SECONDS.Player says "Bye" and shuts off. .....TA-DA!!

Reset.Hard reset: press the 'RESET' button with the end of a paper clip or the point of a pencil. Then try to switch on your player. Note: do not use the microphone input.

There is a small reset micro switch on the ipod and using an office pin you can press and hold the switch so that the player will reset. This must bring back the player from the HUNG state. Also connect the player and scan the files, if there is detection of corrupt files then the folders must be removed and copied with safe files after using the media convertor of the GOGEAR.Please download from this link;

Leave the mp4 to run out of battery and thn simply recharge it with a pc and a usb cable.
