Firmware can only be downloaded by someone with "My Ricoh" access. If you have the Firmware or you are able to get it, just create a "romdata" folder on a SD card and dump the .fwu file in the "romdata" folder. Switch your machine off and insert the SD card into slot 2 on the machine controller. Start machine up and select the firmware you want to update. Machine will reboot when its done. If it doesn't than switch the machine off and remove the SD card and power machine up again. Now you are done.

Your Duplex unit is not connected properly. Check the connector and ensure it is all the way in. Also check your Document Feeder connector while you at it.

Check fuser

Check the papers. Papers are good then clean the pick up rubbers with ethylated alcohol.

Do not do that if you unknown with the printer model. See the lock clips and screws and remove it properly.

Hey Check the catridge it properly seated or not in no then remove and reinsert. If yes then replace with new one.

Replace the drum and drum wiper blade also use genuine tonner catridge..
