Follow these solutions in the order presented to resolve the issue. Solution one: Reset the printer

The drivers can be found on the web from multiple locations.

I would recommend you genuine drivers by going on the HP website only. You would be required to choose the operating system and then youcan proceed with driver download.

Bad or empty cartridge

HI, I had this same issue until i went to Control Panel>Printers> right click on printer in question>Properties>under General tab click Printing Preferences>under Advanced Tab click Mirror Image off>just in case that wasn't going to cure my mirror image turning right back on I went to the Printing Shortcut Tab and re-saved my shortcuts, checking back to Advanced Tab to make sure that the Mirror Image still showed off. I've had no re-occurrence of that issue since. Thanks, HP Printer Support

HP printers have come with an installation CD for as long as I can remember. - Insert that CD into your computer, - Start the installation (either via the auto start after you put the cd into your computer or manually browse to the setup file on the cd) - Follow the steps of the installer and make sure you choose the correct options which apply to you.
