On that model you cannot listen to channels A and B at the same time . If you do want to hook up both make sure you series wire them ....hook the positive "+" of speaker "A" to the amp "+", then connect the neg "-" of "A" to the "+" of speaker " B " and then the "-" of "B" to the "-" of the amp . This is because the amp only supports 6 to 16 ohm loads . Please search series vs parallel speaker wiring on Google and look at the image diagrams if you have any confusion about it

Hello If you have the original remote check the display button or dimmer button. If you don't get any illumination from the display screen, that means that display florescent is at the end of life needs to be serviced. Regards.

Hello Brenda Where do you want to hook your ONKYO and with what you want to connect it to. There are several steps and a lot of devices can be connected to the Onkyo. 1 Speakers are to be connected on the rear side of the device. as it shows in and on the Instruction manual If you have it. And for other devices each device has its way of connectors. Optical to optical and RCA to RCA ... IT depends on What kind of devices you have.

Hello Brian 1: connect your fire tv to any HDMI input on your Onkyo AVR. Make sure you know which input and select it by the remote. or by the selector keys on the AVR front panel. 2: The HDMI output from the Onkyo AVR, goes to the HDMI input of your TV... Hello Mario 1: check connection properly. 2: test Speakers left and right on the channel that is working. Do you have HDMI built in the AVR or not? Some models does not have HDMI. Try and give a feedback.

Hello When the device stay on STBY it means it is in a protection mode. means also safe mode so it wont make more damage. Try this my friend. 1: please check speakers cables. If you have some knowledge in Electronics test on the supply board in/out volts and power Amp voltage (Not on the transformer) check with diagram as shown

You need to check several voltages(1)-VP(2)FLAC1 and FLAC2(3)drive signals to FL needs a digital storage oscilloscope to observe waveform. Or replace chip directly. This is a full picture.
