How do i pair my motorola H390 bluetooth on a
Be sure the the headset in in 'Pairing' mode.
When in pairing mode, the light should be flashing red and blue or have a steady blue.
The put most headsets in pairing mode, turn headset OFF, then hold the power button until it goes into pairing mode as discribed above.
Then you can discover it with your phone or PC. Pin (pass key) should be 0000 (4 Zeros) or try 1111, 1234, 9999

First, you need to turn on the headset bluetooth and your phone's, then use phone to search it, later get it connected, after that, it could be used easily. Good luck.

Trying to set my moptorola
The generic PIN (Which is what I'm guessing you need) for most bluetooth devices is either 0000, or 1234. Please try those and see if that solves your problem.

Is there a driver that i can download to make the
Push your power button on the headset toward the microphone. The light should be solid blue for pairing mode. On your laptop open up your bluetooth control center (if you're not sure where it is, give us your exact model of pc and your version of windows.
The first time you pair the headset, it might ask you for the security code. It is supposed to be 0000, but try 1234 if that doesn't work (or what ever you made it if it was changed).
Once it successfully pairs you should be able to use it like a microphone.

I forgort my password and
the password for most bluetooth devices are 0000 or 1234 try both of those i hope his helps you

The H390 came with two ear cushions one a small
For future reference and to anyone else who needs them, I called Motorola directly. They are on back order and so I need to call in 2 weeks, but they do have them. The number for E-Commerce Department is 866-289-6686 during Mon-Fri 8am-7pm CST. The part number is SJYN0084A.
