Could be: 1. Broken spring(unlikely) 2. Bad shock absorbers (maybe) 3. Broken spyder-the Inner drum part that holds the drum to the hub(kinda likely). If inner drum can be moved without outer tub also moving in tandem, then broken spyder is likely. Good luck
