Hello Julie Webster it sounds like the phone is not charging. Plug your phone into your desktop manager for Blackberry if you have it. You want to save your information as soon as possible. If your curve still does not come on when it is plug into your computer then the charging port is either dirty or not working at all. The curve had an issue with it\'s charging ports. Try this, Place some cloth, or a glove on your finger and see if the track pad detects your finger.

If it does response then the problem is with the track pad sensibility.
If it does You will have to adjust the sensibility and/or clean the track pad from any dirt.

If that doesn't solve your problem, you have a damaged track pad that needs to be replaced.

You can try one of the following, either do a complete security wipe, wherein u enter the personal password incorrectly, just follow the promptings, then use a different email adress, or connect to a computor, and backup yr data first, then do a wipe, but still using a different email, or enter the original email adres and click on forgot password, they will send an email to that email, which u will have to access either on the fone or computor.......

Hi feziwe tamba first pull the battery and the memory card from the phone. If you don't have a memory card I highly recommend you get one. BEST BUY MOBILE,WALMART, RADIO SHACK any retailer will have them. This solves to a few common problems. All phones have a limited memory space. I recommend a 8gb as the smallest one you want to put in your phone. Now depending on your carrier you need to make sure your phone has the data coverage also. You may not have enough data coverage for the webchat program. This sounds like a memory issue. Also how are you trying to open the web chat. This a common exception that was happening with blackberry curves. Here is what you do. Take the battery out. Next you take out the memory card. Next you plug your phone into the desktop. You will need to do a reset on your phone. Once you reset the phone. Stick the memory card and thee battery back into the phone.
