Sorry to hear about the problems you are having with the Tocco but dont worry as you have come to the right place to get this sorted.
What you will need to do is change the internet profile from Contract Internet to Contract Wap this can be done by.
Settings
Applcation Settings
Browser Profiles
And then Change to the Contract Wap
I've just tested this on a colleagues phone with same problem and it worked a treat
