2. then what you have to do is to transfer the pictures to the memory card
   
3. then use a memory card reader to transfer the pictures to your laptop.

hi, as far as my experience unlock codes are the best method to unlock your phone, i used codes from http://www.mobile-unlocker.com/samsung-tocco/rs2wp9/ you can unlock my phone and it worked well,you need to specify the country and network provider

The PUK code is Pin Unlocking Code locks your phone if a wrong pin(personal identification number) usually 4 digits number is entered 3 times.
It should come with your Sim pack usually about 10 digits check the pack right under where you find the pin the PUK should be found there.
if you don't have the pack anymore call your service provider customer care with any other number and ask for it they will ask some questions and give it to you.

PUK code is called as PERSONNAL UNBLOCKING KEY.
Your phone will ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make. The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause.
To get PUK code please contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office. They will provide you the PUK code for your mobile. The PUK code is unique for each mobile phone model.so that you can open your phone. When you planning to call your service provider you cannot use your mobile as it is fully locked. Please use some other mobile with same network to call your service provider.
This PUK code prevents thieves from being able to make use of stolen handsets, that is why it can only be given by the service provider only.

While you get the PUK code ,the service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the PUK code
DONOT enter the PUK code several times wrongly,It will block your sim card permanently.

Unfortunately, the Samsung Tocco does not have support for wifi connectivity.

You can only obtain the PUK code through your network service provider (e.g. if your SIM card was issued by Orange, you would need to contact Orange to get the PUK code).

This problem is very common and most users think that it's related to phone, which is not true, this is only with your sim card and is for security reason. We can't use software or hardware or other tricks or methods to unlock it, the only solution is from the Service Operator/Network Operator.
If you keep entering random codes/unknown numbers several times, your sim card will be rejected and will not be usable anymore.

Your only solution is to call the service provider (Network operator's customer care), ask them to give you your puk code, they'll promptly give it to you after few inquiries to make sure you are the true owner of the sim card. (there's no charge as well, and if you call from the same network' sim card to the customer care, you'll not spend/pay a penny).

There's no other alternatives, or no other options that you can get the code, so don't play around, rather make a call to the customer care of the sim card network operator and get the code.

Sameee!!!! stupid thing. lol, i rang samsung up and they said that they will have to send it to one of there fixers :S ,, so now i have no phone and im still paying for the contract, Thanks Samsung :L

card needs formatting, so that the phone can read it, this can be done in the settins menu i dont have this phone so could say exactly how

Hi the problem you are having is with the settings on the phone all you need to do is contact your service provider or go into one of their shops and ask them to send you the latest mms and wap settings.

your service provider wont charge for this and they will send the messages via text message, this will then update your phone to the latest media message settings and wap for the net settings and this will then allow you to use the phone as you want to.

you can sometimes send the settings to the phone yourself via your service providers web site, how ever not all service providers offer this service so you will have to check if they have this option on their site.

the quickest and easiest option would be to give your service provider a call and tell them the make and model of your phone then ask them to send you the settings.
