What is the inside of a d-link power supply?
Most likely you have damaged not only the power supply but also the
D-Link wireless router unless the power adapter is a multi-voltage power
adapter. Check the label on the power adapter and if the input voltage
is a fixed 110 volt power supply you are in trouble. You can try getting a 110v power adapter and connect it into the D-Link and if it works then you are lucky.
My D-link router (dir 615) saying is connected but have no internet access
Wired or wireless? Check all cables, have you tried to connect with a Ethernet cable to the ISP modem, if it connects, try connecting via the cable to the D-link. Work you way through the devices one by one.If it connects via the cable, it's the computer's wireless adapter. Will other computers connect? Or contact your ISP to verify the signal, have a tech come out to analyze the signal. It may be outside. It's happened before, to me.

Access thru 192.,168.0.1
That IP is internal only, and has no effect on anybody but you and your router. Local Network means same internal network, and not connecting via the cloud (out there in the internet). Instead, set up virtual server session under advance settings in the routers web interface. This will allow access through the routers firewall. You will have to do some fine tuning since I am not familiar with the games LAN access requirements.
