I had the exact same problem about 4-5 days after you reported yours. Either try firmware update. or you can just go into settings and do the reset. make sure you back up all contacts, and other files/folders that were not originally on the phone when you first got it. You'll also loose things like Skype, and other software that you downloaded. so back up what you can
Hi, i think you have to unlock your omnia b7320 by following this steps below....
The first step is to download the ClearSecurity.cab file. Next, connect the Samsung B7320 to the computer and move the file to the device through ActiveSync. Install ClearSecurity.cab
After
installation completed, uninstall clearsecurity.cab, it will be called
"SOTI MobiControl Device Agent" in remove programs. Because we don't
need this software. Finally the phone is unlocked.
If you'd like to hard reset your phone, do one of the following (whichever works for you)
a) Type *2767*3855#, and click the dial key. b) 1. Turn off phone 2. Press and hold "F" key + power button until screen turns on 3. Phone will prompt Master Reset or Master Clear. Follow necessary instructions 4. Wait until phone resets itself. Do not touch until logged into Windows. c) 1. Click on Start (left on top) 2. Click on settings (bottom) 3. Click on Memory settings
4. Click on Delete All.

do you have internet setting in your mobile, first thing you can do is call your customer service and ask them to send internet setting to your handset. when you get the setting save it as default setting. this way you don't need to configure anything.
press and hold 5(F) button and power on button and select master reset, after do this your device will be ok, but try to format again with *2767*3855#Note : all this make lose of your data.so no choice.
