BlackBerry Tour: How to change contact pictures
With your BlackBerry Tour, you can assign each contact in your address book a picture, so that when that person calls you or when you call that person, their picture will show up on your screen. The contact picture can be any viewable picture stored on your BlackBerry, and setting one up is easy.
To add a picture to one of your contacts (or to change their existing picture) go to your contacts list and find that contact on the list. When that contact is highlighted, press the BlackBerry button (the one with seven dots that looks like a paw print) and scroll down the list of options until you see Add Picture, which should be pretty close to the bottom. Click the trackball, and a thumbnail list of your image files should pop up. (Some of the thumbnails might take a second to fully load.)
If there is a picture in that list that you want to use, just click the picture to select it. You can also go up to the top of the list and select Camera, which will allow you to take a picture at that moment and use that for the contact picture. Or you can go to Preloaded Pictures (right below Camera), which is a collection of different cartoonish profile pictures that come pre-installed on your BlackBerry.
Once you choose a picture, you'll see a message that says "Picture set." Now whenever you call that contact, that contact calls you, or you view their profile, that picture will appear. You can go back in at any time to change the picture by following the same process.
Blackberry tour hangs if ;
This issue is due to a component that RIM was unable to gets their hands on at a very low tolerance (the lower the tolerance the closer the physical value is to that marked on the component itself.) this is just an issue that will be phased out and RIM deals with this on many new releases until the problem can be phased out.

How to move applications on a BlackBerry Tour
With its default setup, when you download an application to your BlackBerry Tour, it goes into the Downloads folder. However, this isn't where most users want to keep their applications -- typically they move them to the Applications folder, the Home folder, or a custom folder.
To move an application, highlight its icon with the trackball and press the BlackBerry button (the one with seven dots to the left of the trackball) and select "Move To Folder" from the menu that pops up. A list of all of your folders will appear; select the folder you want to move it to and either press the trackball or the Enter key. The application will disappear from the current folder and it can now be found in the folder you moved it to.
You can also move the application around within that folder, if you want to switch the order of programs. This can be useful for the Home folder if you're using the Zen layout, because the first six programs in the Home folder appear on the main screen. To change the order of applications within a folder, hover over an application you want to move, press the BlackBerry button, and choose "Move." Then go to the position you want to place the folder, and press the trackball.
If you want your downloaded applications to go somewhere else rather than the Downloads folder, you can specify a location by clicking the BlackBerry button when you're in the Home folder and selecting Options. Scroll down to Downloads Folder, press the trackball or Enter, and choose a new folder to save your downloaded applications to. (Be sure to save your change when exiting the Options screen.)
How to set my phone to vibrate only
On the main Home screen, go to the speaker icon in the upper left corner (right below the battery gauge) and click it. Then choose "vibrate only" from the list of sound profiles.
Batery died and when i recharged it and turned it
Mine does the same thing when I take the battery out and put it back in. You have to let it take a few minutes to boot back up and verify its security software. Eventually you should see the BlackBerry logo and a status bar showing how much longer it will take, and then it will be up and running again.
How do i lock the keypad?
You can manually lock the keypad by holding down the A key for a second or two, but in order to unlock it again you'll have to press the lock key, so if it's not working, you won't be able to unlock the keypad.
If you're not planning to replace or fix your BlackBerry, I'd suggest getting a holster or cover for it, so you don't have to worry about it being locked.
