I have a Kenwood KAC-5204 amp on dual Kenwood

Check the fuse in the amp. There should also be a fusable link that houses a huge fuse, if that blows it will give the same effect. You will want to check to make sure that the wire that runs from your battery to the amp is secure and free of corrosion as well. If all of the above is fine, then I would recommend that you check to see if the rca cables are plugged in securely in the head unit.

No power to sub.. redlight

put a meter across the speaker without disconnected and measure the impedance, it should show you the stated rating say like 4 ohms or 30 ohms. if it shows nothing then you have blown it up. If it shows you a dead short then its still blown up and probably burnt out and is shorting. Try very gently pushing in and out the cone with both hands 1 on each side if it is stiff then you have knocked it of center or burnt it out. if you get a reading with the meter and the cone has not frozen then try another speaker on the amp. if this fails they the sub on another amp. if this fails look for a reset button on the amp. you could try giving the amp a new signal that you know works finally if this fails then it looks like you have taken both of them out

I hooked up everything the

One of two things:

Either faulty, or not hooked up right.

Double check your grounding point and voltage coming from the head unit (blue wire), make sure you have your "feed" wire (blue) hooked up to the proper place on the head unit. Varify 12v from battery with multimeter. IF all that checks out...your amp is faulty.

We have an old amplifier from back in the 80's and

Have you checked the final transistors on that weak channel? They may look fine but may be weak. You can pull them and check them on your multimeter with the diode check and cross it with the data sheet for that transistor.

When I connected my 12V

When I installed mine I had the same problem because my Remote Power wire didn't have a good connection to my head unit, I would just double check that along with making sure your GND wire has a solid connection to metal (make sure you remove paint if there's any on the metal). Make sure none of your fuses are blown of course and that you have a solid connection to your battery as well. I only ever installed one setup (my own) but I hope this helps some.

Where does the P-CON connect from the amp to the

At the rear of your head unit there should be a cable colored blue and white or only blue. This is the remote turn on and electric antenna. It turns the amplifier on when you turn your head unit on and off when you turn it off. Connect one of the two, better white and blue to the P.Con of your amplifier.

How to hook up a kenwood amp.kac-5204

All amps are basicly the same. It should be plain as day where the speakers connect to.
The 12V screw connects to the main power from battery, be sure to fuse that wire and use a proper size wire, thicker is better,I suggest at least 8gauge with 40amp fuse. The GND is ground and should connect to car metal, file paint for soild connection. The REM is remote and connects to the remote of headunit or if you have a stock deck to the acc of car found in wire harness of headunit. Plug in the RCA's to head unit, or get a converter to plug into speaker wires from car if you have a stock headunit.

Reset a Kenwood 8070 without a remote?

To reset a Kenwood 8070 receiver without a remote, you typically need to locate the reset button on the device itself. This button is often small and recessed, so you may need a paperclip or a similar tool to press it. Consult the user manual or look for the reset button near the power or input/output ports on the receiver. Once located, press and hold the reset button for a few seconds until you see the receiver reset. Keep in mind that this process may vary slightly depending on the specific model of the Kenwood 8070 receiver.

How to power supply of kCSWA900 Kenwood sub whooper power supply 10 pin

Take a look at this manual diagram. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/359815/Kenwood-Ksc-Sw10.html?page=5#manual Given the above is not your model, at least it shows the 10 pin. Ironically, below I offer a diagram of your model. The irony comes in the fact that the diagram appears labeled in Japanese But if you compare the two diagrams, maybe something will make sense from the one with the English labels. Otherwise, you might fire off a query to Kenwood customer support. https://www.manualscenter.com/manuals/kenwood/kscsw900-owner-manual.html Here is a 10 pin harness compatible with the subwoofer. Kenwood Subwoofer Amp KSC Wa100 Wa80 Sw10 10 Pin Harness for sale online ' eBay I don't have any information on how to power supply a kCSWA900 Kenwood subwoofer. However, I can tell you that the Kenwood KSC-SW10 compact powered subwoofer has a built-in amplifier with a 38 watts RMS power and a wired remote for control over volume level, variable low-pass crossover (50-120 Hz), and selectable phase control (0°, 180°) . The subwoofer comes with a power/ground wiring harness and preamp (RCA) and speaker-level inputs .
