Okay so we've got this MP3 player and we have noo

There should have been a file on the player that you can access through Windows Explorer (My Computer, click on the dirve that is your player) that should be named: RCAeasyRip_setup.exe

If you do not have this file, it can be downloaded from the RCA site here:
http://voxrightnow.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2253

Run this file to install the RCA easyRip softwar that allows you to transfer all media. You HAVE to use this application to transfer videos because it does the conversion to a compatible format (if Windows Media Player can play it, easyRip should be able to convert it). Any questions you have about using easyRip can be accessed by the module on the dock that has a '?' on the icon for it (Look up the Player Loader module for how to transfer).

Other media you can just drag and drop to the device if you don't care about video (again, just find the drive letter that is your player in My Computer and just drag and drop music and photos onto that drive)

Lastly, you can use Windows Media Player to sync any music and photo files.

My RCA wont turn on at all

Assuming that it is completely charged, and resetting (press and hold play button for 15 seconds) does not work, it is likely that the firmware has gotten corrupted.

First, connect your player and back up any important media items that are on it.

Next, download and run the firmware installer from the RCA website:

I can not get the RCA easyrip to install in my

You can still use Windows Explorer to drag and drop media to your mp3 player (Go to My Computer and find the drive letter that corresponds to your device).

You can use Windows Media Player sync options. A google search should provide specific instructions how to do this.

Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of easyRip from their site:

The problem is that i can´t turning on mine

As long as the computer enumerates the drive (you can see it in My Computer as a drive letter) then there is likely an issue with the firmware. Download the firmware install from the RCA website: http://voxrightnow.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5635

Follow the on-screen instructions to perform the install.
Be sure to back up any important media before performing this install.

If your computer does not recognize it, press and hold the play button while connecting the device for upwards of 30 seconds. If that does not work then it is likely the player is unrecoverable.

After charging my M4304-1 and turning it on, it

Try resetting the device it?s usually a small pinhole on the back or side of the device try holding that in for about 10 seconds or Try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilities from the manufacturers website. Make sure that you back your music up first because when you do this you are setting it back to factory settings.

If you have your songs on a different Media Player, then I would recommend that you transfer them to Windows Media Player.

I do not know how to get them into my library so

you have to use the easyrip tray that shows up after you install player for the 1st time. There should be a shortcut on your desktop to open it(Rca Easyip). Go to transfer media to audio player. When player loader appears click on select individual files. The loader will expand and you will be able to drag and drop files from where ever you store your media to the player loader. If they are video files the only one that seem to work for me are the mpg files. Click on load player and the files should start downloading.
