if tmoible uses sim card the it should work. but only for txting and calling, the camera will work to but thats just about it

becauyse it doesnt recognize it... clean the contacts on the sim card, and the phone, if theyre worn.. you could need a new sim card, also simcards can **** out after a couple years... mmine only took 5, might need to order a new one..

Issues like this are based on phone malfunctioning ...All you need to do in this case is to factory default your phone..

A full reset is sometimes referred to as a hard reset. Perform a full reset when you want to clear all settings, programs and data from RAM.

Caution if you perform a full reset, your LG Xenon returns to its default settings and looses all information that is not recorded in ROM.

To perform a Master Clear:

1. Go to Top Menu. (hit the square with 4 dots)
2. Go to Settings. (gear)
3. Tap Phone.
4. Tap Reset Settings.
5. Tap Master Clear.
6. Tap Phone.

To perform a Master Reset:

1. Go to Top Menu. (hit the square with 4 dots)
2. Go to Settings. (gear)
3. Tap Phone.
4. Tap Reset Settings.
5. Tap Master Reset.
6. If it asks for a security code (and you haven't set one), use 0000.
