the drivers might be installed for this device click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll through all of your devices if you see a yellow question or exclamation mark ? ! or a red X you will need to update the drivers for this device right click select update driver/reinstall driver if you can see your usb device but its not working sroll to Ports(Com&Ltd) right click to update driver if you computer came with a motherboard disk the drivers could be on it

or you might have to download or update them using the slim drivers program

Hi ramdomz12,

Unfortunately laptop that enables you to change video card are pretty rare. A standard format called MXM, similar to PCI-E on desktop, exists and enables you to change video card on laptop supporting it, but yours don't.

One thing to keep in mind though, is that if it would have supported it, you probably would have had to change you power supply to support the power requirement needed for the card. Your battery would also have depleted itself a lot faster.

if the embedded graphics card have problem you can contact a chip level engineer to repair them or you can use an add on graphics card buy a add on graphics card for the pci express remove the covers and find the pci express slot and press the card into the slot screw the end to the cabin then switch on the computer and you display will be ready

It looks like the ribbon feeding the screen back to the base may have come loose or possibly even broken in places

I would recommend the following

1) Go into safe mode (swith the pc on and keep pressing F8 repeatedly until you have a menu presented to you, from the menu choose safe mode) and try there............if the same occurs then you will need to book it in and get a qualified engineer to look at it becaue it is hardware related

2) if it doesnt happen in safe mode then you will have to get the drivers reinstalled

However from what you are explaining it looks like you may be going down the option 1 route

Go to Control panel - > Ease of access - > Ease of access center - > Explore all settings - > Use the computer without a display. Then you can uncheck the checkbox by Turn on narrator - click save. Give me feedback if it worked.

you have to uncheck do not show tick on narrator.
