Hp 650 blank white screen

You may want to check using an external monitor. The DV6000 series unit have problems with Video GPUs processors. If you have experienced any other kind of issues like the WiFi not working ect. you may have a bad GPU. Try re-seating the GPU with heat gun ( View on Utube ) Hope this helps

Can't remember my password on hp 6000 computer how

Are you talking about the BIOS password, or the windows password?
A hard reset will probably reset your BIOS password (see this thread),

To reset your windows password, you need your XP CD-ROM and follow this instruction.

Hp say hard disk failed 301

First - re-seat the hard disk and reboot the computer. If the computer does not boot up then reboot and go into the BIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If it doesn't detect the hard drive then it could be faulty. Then the hard drive needs to be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer or laptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioning computer/laptop again.

Upgrade the bios from windows 7

You never flash a BIOS within Windows. That's like running across a busy freeway. There is a chance you might not make it. And, you only flash the BIOS if you truly have a severe problem. You don't.4GB is unobtainable within a 32bit system. The most Windows will end up utilizing is in the low 3GB's. This has been around for ages, and someone should have fixed it by now.Ending up with a dead CMOS chip is as bad as it gets. In the end it is up to you whether to flash or not. All I could do was give you some advice. http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/10things/10-common-mistakes-you-should-avoid-when-flashing-your-bios/357

Laptop Pavillion DV6188eu doesn't start up

From what you are describing, the motherboard has failed. I would however like you to try a couple of things though. First remove the hard drive and see if the computer will go to the BIOS screen. If it does not, then the Motherboard has definately died. If you can get to the BIOS, then you might consider a hard drive failure, or your windows installation is so corrupt, it is causing this problem. I would however lean toward a bad MOBO....seems this model, the DV6000 and the DV9000 have serious cooling issues and tend to burn their mobos up. HP recently started updating the BIOS files for these models so the fans and processor run more efficiently to keep the laptop cooler.
