Remote contol does.'t work
There's not much to go on here, but lets start with the simple things first. Check the following:1) Batteries (be sure that they are in correctly)2) Use a camera and look at hte remote while puching a button, you should see something in the camera.3) If you have experience with TVs, open up the unit and check the infra-red receiver. Quite often the solder connections for these go bad which will generate enough noise to cause it to fail.Check these and update this with your progress.Good luck,Dan

Where can i order a hanheld remote control
I am also missing the remote for this DVR that is on a repair job and I can't get passed the prompt for the remote to resetup the DVR not sure wht the price is 5-7 day lead time first solution others may follow.
