When I push the letters, wrong characters are showing up.
This is a daisy wheel typewriter. Either:
1. The daisywheel is for a different model.
2. The daisywheel is inserted incorrectly, IE upside-down, or if it is in a cartridge the wheel is in the wrong position when the cartridge is inserted. It might have had a little stop in it to prevent this that has worn out. You might be able to move it around to the right position by aligning that stop before inserting the cartridge.
3. If you can still buy those daisywheels, get a new one... maybe Ebay.

How do I set and
Tab to that position press tab clear to set press tab set. If nthere is a tab that you can't clear it is probably the R. margin. Go to that point press but don't hold the MAR REL key, space to desired location, press R. mar key.

Go to NADIST.COM one of the nakajimas will be the same as you T/W you can get a free manual there.

Keyboard problem
You didn't describe the problem, but you may be in PS (slide switch on L. side of keyboard) this will cause wrong print.DickyO

Cannot type further even margin released
Check to see if it is on Auto Return. If so undo and it should type to the end of the page. Typically Electronic Typewriters functions are a code Key + the green symbol underneath the Character Key. Hope that Helps

Please can you help me.
On thr L. side of the keyboard is a slide switch for pitch. It should be in 10 or 12 not in PS. Also slide it up and down they do get dirty.

Won't print whole character, works
On the L. side there is a slide switch for impression put it on the largest dot. The problem is likely what you are typing on rather than the typewriter. Many lables an forms do not accept impressions from correctable ribbons well.
