You can try to look in the Catalog of commands : Press [2nd][0] to open the (CATALOG) , but you will not find it. The symbol just does not exist. There is compound symbol in the Finance applications (TVM) it is called tvm_I% but you cannot isolate the percent sign from the other symbols.

Against my better judgment that whispered to me not to answer this question I had to tell you the truth, even if it gets you mad at me. Sorry.

Is 19/57 in simplest form

No, since 19 and 57 have a factor in common. Even though you didn't ask, that common factor is 19. Dividing the numerator and denominator by 19 gives 1/3.

Can't find fraction button.

Hello,
There is no fraction button, but if you divide two integers (whole numbers) and want to keep the result as a fraction press [MATH][1:|=>Frac] [ENTER]. If the fraction can be reduced to its simplest form that is the result you will have.
27/48 [MATH][1:|=>Frac][ENTER] displays 9/16
Hope it helps.

Can I retore a cleared progam on my ti84

If you only cleared RAM, a program that was loaded no longer resides in RAM, but if it was archived, it should still be available. If you cleared all Including Archives, then it is lost.

My ti-84 plus got wet and now wont turn on

the only thing that I can recommend it to stick it in a zip-lock bag full of dry rice for 24hrs. Sometimes there is moisture that you just can't see & rice has a way of attracting liquids from electronic components. Hence, potentially saving your electronic device. If this does work -- if I were you I would suggest always storing your calculator, ritually, in a zip-lock bag so this does not occur again (I do this -- TI-84s are not cheap accessories -- better safe then sorry). Good luck!
