This is a problem with your voice over ip service. You have to change the setting on your fax machine for example the Baud speed down to 9600, the ECM= off, and the Oversea settings on. Make sure your VoiP ATA is the first thing after your modem or whatever connection you are using for the internet. If you using and old model fax 95% of the time it will not work with VoIP service.

In menu, scroll to Fax, enter and scroll to report and configure as your requirement.

There is a transmit report which can be auto printed for every fax message sent out. Go to menu, under the fax sub-menu, turn on the transmit report (under report).
