Can't reassemble shuttle hook and shuttle race

the hook driver (still in machine) is 1/2 moon shape. The hook is also 1/2 moon shape. If you set the machine on its back, it's easier. Set the hook 1/2 into the other 1/2 of the hook driver to make a circle. Then put the hook cover on (machine still on its back) with the tabs for the twist locks pointed out. Needle gaurd to the top of the machine. Snap the twist locks in place and viola!

Baby lock emp6 troubleshooting

I have a Bablock EMP 6 embroidery machine. It worked great yesterday, when I turned it on this morning it read an error of X-asis home position error. The carriage moves all the way to the right and clicks a few times. It will not center right. I have never had any problems with it. When it make the clicking noise I turned the machine off. I have tried it a few times.

How do I make a button hole

Put on your buttonhole foot. Slide the foot plate back and set the button in the back...this is how the machine knows how big a buttonhole to make. Pull down the buttonhole lever, gray plastic, which is to the left of the needle. Now use the stitch selector to select the buttonhole. Test your machine on a piece of scrap fabric to make sure your buttonhole function works, before trying to sew on your garment. If it does not work, then bring your machine in to your local Baby Lock dealer.
