The top thread is to loose and sometimes it skips a stitch

Increase the upper thread tension, or loosen the bobbin tension to balance them. Put in a new needle too. Check that the needle is in correctly.

Feet not feeding and thread bunching up

the presser foot or what ever foot your sewing with does not feed the fabric,, the feed dogs in the needle plate are what moves the fabricto be sewed, the feet only hold the fabric against feed dog so themachine can use the needle to sew the fabric.if the fabric is not moving then the feed dogs have to be checkedcan you see the feed dogs in the needle plate area are the up or down? do you have a manual for the machine?a manual help to know where the feed dog lever is, I'm sending you a link for a manual for the machine, so you can look for the feeddog lever, if the feed dogs are up then there is something wrong with the feed dogs & they need to be checked.but if the feed dogs are down then look in the manual & see wherethe feed dog lever is & put it in the up position & see if that bringsthe feed dogs up to the sewing position, if the feed dogs do not come up then the feed dogs need to be checked.http://www.sewingpartsonline.com/instruction-manual-necchi-6015.aspx

Bobbin thread is straight across

Reduce the bobbin thread tension. It is done by loosening the little screw on the bobbin case. It is a sensitive adjustment so turn about 1/8 of a turn at a time.

I find that re-threading both top and bottom threads fixes the problem. Sometimes the thread has not gone through the tension springs properly. try a new needle too.

I cleaned my machine and

have you cleaned under the needle plate
change the needle
make sure the thread has not come off the thread take up lever
some thread & needle don't work togeather--try this
Cut 6-8 inch piece of thread of the spool you are going to use for your project
Take the needle you are going to use for the project
& insert the thread thru the eye of the needle
& lift one end of the thread to a 45 degree angle
& if the needle is the right size for the thread it will slide down the thread
But if the needle hangs on the thread you need one size larger needle for the thread

Top thread too loose, brings up bobbin thread.

Hi. If the bobbin thread is coming up on top, then the upper tension is too tight. Try loosening it.

Hi. The best way to adjust your tension is to use good-quality thread, a size 12 needle, and different color threads in the bobbin and on top. That way, it's easier to see which thread is loose. Sew a few inches, check, and adjust (make sure the pressure foot is DOWN). Stitch a few more inches, recheck, and adjust some more. Just move the adjustment knob a little bit each time.

You might also want to use a bit of unwaxed dental floss and floss the tension disks. That helps get rid of any old lint and pieces of thread that build up in there.

As a last resort, you might need to adjust your bobbin tension. There is a very small screw on the bobbin case that tightens/loosens the spring/lever. If you need to adjust it, only move the screw a tiny bit. But, like I said, this is only a last resort--almost all adjustments can be done by adjusting the upper tension.

Hope this helps!

Casn I use a double needle on this model?

If you have a zig-zag stitch on your machine, you have the capability of using a twin needle when using a STRAIGHT stitch. The width between the needles is the same as the width for the z-z stitch but you won't be using that stitch. Only the straight stitch.

I just replaced the belts on my Necchi 535FA, but

If the belts are not tight enough they will slip, they should all be fairly tight but not like a piano string if you know what I mean.
As you do not describe what the machine is doing wrong I can not really say any more at present, except make sure there is no oil on the belts and the machine has no tight spots when you turn it over by hand.
