Hi
Thanks for using FixYa. Error Code E07 means paper jams near the fuser unit. Try removing the paper jams and check for any small bits of paper near the fuser unit.
Follow this procedure---
- Open
the multi-bypass.
- Open
the left cover. Holding the green handles, lower the two fixing section release
levers.
- Remove
the misfed paper while taking care not to tear it. If the paper is not
easy to remove, proceed to the next step.
- If the
paper is removed successfully, proceed to step 9. If the paper should be
torn, remove all the scraps from the inside the copier.
- Holding
the green handle, open the ejection guide.
- Remove
the misfed paper while taking care not to tear it.
- Close
the ejection guide.
- Lift
the fixing section release levers.
NOTE--If the fixing section
release levers are lowered, the left cover does not close.
9.
Close
the left cover and multi-bypass.
10.
Pull the drawer out and check that no paper is
misfed.
11.
Close the drawer slowly.
Also check for the User and Operating instructions manual for details--

What type of paper are you telling the copier your using, your copier's duplexer (The section that turns the paper over for the second side image) if the copier is told that the paper is to thick (lbs/gm2) you operator manual will tell you what media (paper) can be used. either, via lbs system (US System) or g/m2 system rest of the world. What the paper comes wrap up in will tell the thicknest of the paper either in lbs, g/m2, or both Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at

Hi there,
Do unplug the unit for at least an hour, this can help you reset the unit. Or you have to clear out the memory by accessing the fuse on the power board, you have to remove it to reset unit.
Make sure that your printer was not plug into elec outlet before doing this.
Hope this helps
How do I ding the IP address for the scanner on a
Hi there
I think you might mean how do you ping the IP address of the copier? Please confirm.
If so, do you know of the IP address already? If so, go to Start > Run (or in Windows Vista just type:) > type in CMD, and press OK (or in Windows Vista press enter).
A black windows will appear.
Type in ping 192.168.1.1 (or whatever the IP address is).
If you are unsure of its IP address, let me know, and also what Windows you are running.
Thanks.
Best regards

Hi
I believe this issue comes from different color settings used on different computers and different versions of windows.
the solution would be to have the computers all use the same color management settings.
Its not a fault on the printer, it comes down to setting differences. If you prefer a document one way you should print it from the computer where it prints the one you want.
or compare the color management settings under both computers in the printers properties (start -> control panel -> printers -> right click printer properties)

this problem will only occur if the main charge is not working.
it will almost certainly be the whole main charge assembly but maybe the high voltage transformer (but that would be very uncommon)
please rate if this fixes your problem
Copystar 2221, C30 code
Hello sir; I believe your error code should be C030, if that's correct that 's mean main board is bad , it not worthy to repaire it, go buy a new machine.
Not working!
H4 means the heat rollers aren't functioning. It could be thermistor replacement. You can get fuser parts at precission roller.com if you want to fix it yourself.
Troubleshooting a Copystar CG1505 with
C710 Toner sensor problem
• The sensor output voltage is outside
the range of 0.5 to 4.5 V during toner control.
• The toner sensor control voltage cannot be set within the setting range when maintenance item U130 is run.
Try removing and refitting drum and toner.
If that doesn't help the toner cartridge or sensor is damaged.
Please take a moment to accept and rate this solution accordingly.
Thanks,
Lee
