It usually means the paper did not feed when asked. Check your exit switch and the registration switch in the paper path below the drum. If a jam was removed incorrectly one of those may be off its pivot and the machine thinks there's a paper there. Or the sensor itself is bad.

The above link is the user manual (.PDF) for the copier. Toner drawers are located on the front of the copier with a fold-down style of hinge. You hinge the door downward, pull out the old toner and replace with the new.

From my experience, this sounds like there is something still jammed in the document feeder. Either a torn corner of a piece or even a paper clip/staple/pencil blocking the path. There are of coarse other reasons but this by far is the most common. Good luck.

flash firmware or reseat all connectors on Main and engine PCBs or replace main and engine PCBs.

Sounds to me like you need a developer change and these machines must have OEM toner
