I am also facing this trouble, with Di3510. some time machine work for many copies fine. then suddenly the 0500 error code appear. I checked complete fuser unit... Both lamps are ok, Thermo switch is ok, i checked both thermistors and in my view they are ok (checked with multimeter while warming them). I first reset the code as mentioned in the service manual of this machine. the code can remove but it comes back after some time. I checked the Electricity voltage as this machine is 120v input. Voltage are ok. Then i ask my Electronic board expert to check the Power supply and he told me that the power supply is ok... just some dry sold he found. So until now i am not able to detect the trouble even though i arranged another fuser unit of the same machine and it also gave the same error code c0500. As i am a Technision of copiers. Please give any good suggestion if any one have. Thanks

Hey their... The code on your Hub450/550/470 is the toner density not being read. The drum must be removed u will find a sensor under the Mylar(mylar catches the toner wiped from the drum) that sensor is dirty and the Mylar is bad... :-D. PS u can perhaps repair the mylar with tape from the inside... Good luck

check the thermistor; clean or change ; 2nd check fuse and thermostat using the tester';; 3 check the lock beside of the machine ,, 4 check the halogen lamp of the fixing unit',,5 check the board at the back of the machine;; i mean not mother board;; back of the mother board,, its a rectangular shape board';; if you do that, the machine will function correctly.

I have a Konica Minolta CSPRO EP1054 (in the Middle East)

I accidentally plugged the EP1054 copier into a 110V outlet instead of the 220V. Immediately the malfunction code (error code) of "C05" appeared along with the "Call Tec Rep" indicator light (wrench).

I followed the instructions posted by "Soul Visitor" ... i.e., I found the "Trouble Reset Switch" (not shown in the user manual) by opening the upper back panel and pressing the small black button in the lower right hand corner of the middle circuit board (green).

It worked perfectly!

It cannot be reset if there is something wrong with your fusing unit or your power source in your place. try checking if the fusing unit is properly closed or try to look inside of it, maybe there is something blocking the thermostat. in resetting there is a small hole in the right side of the control panel, poke it with pin (just to make it click) this is during power on. then look at the screen on the left side there is a image of the machine there will be a dot appear right after you poke the switch. then quickly press the no. 3 button, then option panel will appear, if it has a code, try entering 8 zeroes or ones then enter. if you are already in, there is an option that says "TROUBLE RESET" you are freely to stare it. hehe. just select and wait, it will restart. if power shortage, buy AVR.

Turn OFF the copier.Press and keep pressed the Uitlity key and turn ON the copier.Keep pressed the Utility key when will Trouble reset message displayed.Release the Utility key,touch the message and turn OFF the copier.Wait 1 minutes and turn ON.

It is on the back right hand side of the machine, under a cover that flips down out of the machine, you can then just pull the bottle out.:)
