Although it goes off at the correct time, my alarm also goes off various hours prior* to the set time. For example, alarm for 12 pm goes off at 7 am and again at 9:15 am, alarm for 5:50 am goes off at 11 pm, and the 8:15 am alarm goes off at 11:48 pm. I called Samsung and Sprint, and went to see Geek Squad (Best Buy) & no luck. They just told me to do a factory reset. After the reset, the problem continues. I take it to Best Buy and they replace my phone with a brand new phone because they couldn't fix the problem. The new phone is great on the first day/night. Second day (today 5/22), my 6 am alarm goes off at 11:06 pm and again at 11:51 pm. All settings are correct and accurate. No one seems to be able to help me and it's getting frustrating, not to mention exhausting from waking up way too early/soon!
Go to your alarm settings and make sure that the Smart Alarm is off, I know that the smart alarm makes the alarm go off early, this could be possibly be the problem.

The screen on my Galaxy S4 went first yellow and now it's black. The phone comes on an vibrates and makes noise, but the screen is black.
Well problem with screen, warranty should cover this issue

This indicates blocked callers, or callers on "auto reject" list. To unblock, go into settings, call settings, contacts, then simply go to unblock caller or remove from auto reject list option...

Hello. The unlock code you need is specific to that phone. The only way to get the pin to unlock is from RAC. They have remote locked it. The files for this remote lock are hidden and embedded within the firmware. So, even if you factory reset and wipe the dalvik cache, it will still be locked.
From what I understand.. as time goes by, the debt you owe will be transferred to a Debt Collector and your credit will suffer from the derogatory for seven years
If you really want to use this phone.. There is a way.. You will not be able to use the Samsung firmware software that runs on the phone any more.. but you can wipe all data on it, and put on another ROM firmware, but it will be virgin Android.
